• Warranty start date on the brand’s website is close to your purchase date. An older date can mean old or reboxed stock.
• Windows activated with a genuine licence.

Returns, exchanges and store policies

• Dead on arrival: we replace it with a fresh sealed unit within 7 days.
• Refunds within 7 days of delivery if you got the wrong model, the laptop is dead on arrival, parts are missing, or there’s a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• The laptop must come back in original packaging with all accessories, no physical or liquid damage, and the invoice.
• Sale and promotional-price purchases aren’t eligible for a refund.
• Transit damage on delivered orders must be reported within 48 hours.
