Lenovo commercial desktops
Lenovo commercial desktops are Lenovo’s ThinkCentre business PCs, and at YourShoppy we stock them in three sizes: towers, slim small form factor (SFF) boxes and the palm-sized neo 50q Tiny. We stock the neo 30, neo 50 and M70t and M75t families, from Core i3 up to Core i7-14700 and Ryzen 5 PRO.

Most come with 8GB or 16GB DDR5 and a 512GB SSD, with Windows 11 Pro or without an operating system. WhatsApp 97392 21133 or 98869 19198 with how many desks you’re setting up and what software they run. We’ll send a quote with GST invoice.

What makes a ThinkCentre a business PC
A ThinkCentre is built for years of office use rather than home gaming. Lenovo adds room for a graphics card, VGA on several models for older office screens, lock slots against theft and compact SFF and Tiny cases for crowded counters. These are the details that keep an office running with fewer support calls.

Ports compared
The ThinkCentre neo 50t Gen 6 tower has more ports, including VGA, while the neo 50q Gen 5 Tiny gives you faster 10Gbps USB in a much smaller box. Both drive two monitors through HDMI and DisplayPort, which suits accounts teams and front desks that work across two screens.

Nine USB ports in total, with HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA on the back.

Which ThinkCentre for which desk?
Match the ThinkCentre to the work, not the other way round. Billing and data entry run fine on a Core i3 neo 30t, accounts and HR teams are happier on a Core i5 or Core Ultra 5 neo 50 with 16GB, and design or heavy Excel users should pick the M70t Gen 5 with a Core i7-14700. The table below sums it up.
| Use | Go for | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Billing, reception, data entry | neo 30t Gen 5 Core i3 | Low cost, VGA for old monitors |
| Accounts, HR, Tally, many tabs | neo 50t or neo 50s, Core i5 or Ultra 5 | Desktop CPUs, up to 64GB |
| Design, heavy Excel, light CAD | M70t Gen 5 Core i7-14700 | 20 cores, room for a graphics card |
| Shop counters, clinics | neo 30s or neo 50s SFF | 92.5 mm wide, sits beside the monitor |
| Meeting rooms, digital signage, hot desks | neo 50q Gen 5 Tiny | 1.13 kg, two display outputs |
| Offices that run on AMD | M75t Gen 5 | Ryzen 5 8500G or Ryzen 5 PRO |

Good to know before you buy
Five things catch buyers out with ThinkCentre desktops: the operating system differs by part number, the neo 30 range uses laptop-class chips, memory can usually be added later, warranty terms differ between neo and M series, and no monitor comes in the box. Each point is explained below.
- Check the OS on each listing. Some models ship with Windows 11 Pro, others with FreeDOS or no operating system. We sell Windows 11 Pro licences if you need one.
- neo 30 models use laptop-class chips. The neo 30t, neo 30s and neo 50q run Core i3-1315U or i5-13420H with SO-DIMM memory. They use less power, but the neo 50 and M70t desktop chips are faster for heavy work.
- Add RAM later. Most models ship with one memory stick and a free slot. Adding a second stick turns on dual-channel memory.
- Warranty differs by series. Lenovo lists 1 year onsite on the neo models and 3 years onsite on the M70t Gen 5. Ask us to confirm cover for the exact part number.
- No monitor in the box. These are desktops only. See Lenovo monitors and we’ll quote both together.
