Dead On Arrival (DOA) - First 7 Days

If your product is faulty out of the box, we offer a hassle-free replacement within the first 7 days of delivery.

  • Step 1: Troubleshooting – Contact the manufacturer’s technical support first. Many “faults” are simple setup issues.

  • Step 2: Get a DOA Code – Obtaining a confirmation code from the brand prevents “No Fault Found” restocking charges.

  • Step 3: Immediate Contact – Notify us via 9739221133 or cs@yourshoppy.com to initiate the return.

⚠️ CRITICAL: Physical damage or transit impairments must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Reports made after 48 hours cannot be entertained due to courier insurance policies.

Warranty Exclusions?

The manufacturer warranty will be void under the following conditions:

  • Physical Damage: Cracked screens, broken seals, or damage to plastic parts.

  • Liquid Damage: Any signs of exposure to moisture or spills.

  • Unauthorized Access: If the device has been opened or the original serial number is altered/removed.

  • Electrical Issues: Defects caused by abnormal voltage or lightning strikes.

  • Software: Issues caused by non-recommended software or virus attacks.

How to Claim Warranty (After 7 Days)
