How We Handle Your Warranty Claim

1. Report the issue
Call +91 97392 21133, WhatsApp a 30-sec video of the issue, or walk into 1st Block Koramangala. We diagnose whether it's software (fixed in-store free) or hardware (brand claim).
2. Diagnostic & brand claim filed
Our engineer runs a full diagnostic (memtest, storage health, thermal, GPU stress). For genuine hardware faults we file the brand's warranty claim ourselves with your invoice, warranty card and serial number.
3. Free pickup or drop
Bangalore pickup within same day. Or drop the laptop at our Koramangala workshop. For onsite-eligible brands (Dell ProSupport, HP Care Pack, Lenovo Premier) the brand engineer visits your address.
4. Loaner laptop if deadline-critical
Have a shoot, deadline or exam? Get a loaner laptop of similar tier from our stock at no cost while yours is being serviced (subject to loaner availability).
5. Status updates & delivery back
WhatsApp updates every step. On completion we test the repair, verify data safety, and hand back the laptop — free delivery within Bangalore, no pickup fee, no drop fee, no service tax.

▲ Important things to know about ADP
Cheapest at purchase: Every brand's ADP is cheapest bought at the time of laptop purchase. Most brands allow adding within 30 days at slightly higher cost. After 30 days, ADP is not sellable for that unit.
What ADP does not cover: Loss, theft, cosmetic-only damage, damage from unauthorised repair, damage from intentional misuse, and use outside India (for LADP-style India-only plans).
Warranty stays intact: After ADP repair, the standard / extended manufacturer warranty on the device continues undisturbed — ADP does not consume your standard warranty.
We handle enrolment: Tell us the model + laptop price — we quote the exact ADP fee, enrol you with the brand, and issue you the ADP registration certificate along with your GST invoice.
