Can you beat the Apple Store price in Bangalore?

A lot of people assume the official Apple Store is the cheapest place to buy a MacBook. It’s usually the opposite. Apple sells at its listed MRP, and the discount comes from bank offers on top. Authorised resellers like us often price below MRP and can still pass on bank and EMI offers.

One thing worth clearing up, since many people search for it: Apple doesn’t run a store at Kempegowda airport. Its own Bengaluru store is Apple Hebbal at Phoenix Mall of Asia, which opened in September 2025.

So the fair comparison is our price versus Apple’s listed price for the exact same configuration. Send us the model and we’ll tell you the difference in rupees.

Authorised MacBook reseller in Bangalore: what to verify

We’re an Apple Authorised Reseller. Whoever you buy from, these are the things worth checking:

  • An Indian part number. MacBooks sold for India have part numbers ending in HN/A, for example MDE44HN/A. Imported units have different codes, and an Indian unit with a local GST invoice is the simplest for warranty and billing.
  • A GST invoice with the MacBook’s serial number on it.
  • A sealed box that you see opened, or open yourself.
  • Warranty start date. Enter the serial on Apple’s Check Coverage page. A brand-new MacBook should show the warranty starting around your purchase date.

Warranty: same Apple warranty, wherever you buy

A new MacBook from an Apple Authorised Reseller carries exactly the same Apple warranty as one bought from Apple directly. Any Apple Authorised Service Provider or Apple Store in India will honour it with your invoice.

Want longer cover? Ask about AppleCare+ when you buy. We also give free lifetime walk-in support at our Koramangala store for MacBooks bought from us, and help with Apple warranty claims. Out of warranty, see our MacBook service page.

Price and value beyond the sticker

When you compare, look at the whole deal, not just the headline price:

  • Exact configuration. Compare part numbers. A ₹10,000 gap often turns out to be 16GB vs 24GB RAM.
  • Bank offers. Ask what applies to your card at each place, and whether it’s instant or cashback later.
  • RAM. Mac memory can’t be upgraded later. If you edit video or code, buy more RAM now rather than more storage.
  • Accessories. A USB-C hub, a sleeve or an extra charger from our Apple adapters range adds up. Ask us to bundle them.

EMI options for your MacBook

  • No-cost EMI on select models with HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, RBL and IDFC First cards.
  • Credit card EMI on other bank cards.
  • Bajaj Finserv EMI card.

How to check your MacBook is genuine and sealed

  • The box is sealed with Apple’s pull tabs intact.
  • The serial number on the box matches the MacBook (Apple menu → About This Mac) and your invoice.
  • The part number ends in HN/A for an Indian unit.
  • Apple’s Check Coverage page shows a valid warranty with a start date close to today.

Ask us and we’ll go through all four with you at the counter. If a MacBook is dead on arrival, we replace it with a fresh sealed unit within 7 days. Full terms are on our warranty and DOA page.
