One chip, CPU and GPU together
The GB10 superchip pairs an NVIDIA Blackwell GPU with a 20-core Arm CPU (10 Cortex-X925 and 10 Cortex-A725 cores). The CPU handles data prep and orchestration, and the GPU does the training and inference.
The two are joined by NVLink-C2C, which gives the CPU and GPU one shared memory model with up to five times the bandwidth of PCIe 5.0. Data doesn’t have to be copied back and forth between them.
