Common Acer motherboard faults

Every Acer board is repaired in our Koramangala workshop with a microscope, hot air and BGA rework stations, a bench power supply, a multimeter, a BIOS programmer, an ultrasonic cleaner and a soldering station. The BGA station handles larger soldered chips, which is how we do GPU solder work on Nitro boards, while hot air is for small chips. The BIOS programmer reads and rewrites firmware after a bad update. Liquid-damaged boards go through the ultrasonic cleaner first.
