Unbox and Position Your iMac
Carefully lift the iMac from its packaging using both hands and place it on a clean, stable surface. Remove the protective film from the screen and place the included Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse nearby. Ensure there is adequate space for airflow around the computer.
Connect the Magnetic Power Cable
Attach the color-matched woven power cable to the circular port on the back of the iMac. The connector is magnetic and will snap into place easily. Plug the other end of the cable, which includes the power adapter with the Gigabit Ethernet port, into a wall outlet.
Power On and Pair Your Accessories
Press the power button located on the bottom-left corner of the iMac's back. Turn on your Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse using their respective switches. The accessories should pair automatically, but if they don't, connect them once with the included USB-C to Lightning cable.
