Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YourShoppy® website at www.yourshoppy.com ("Website") and the purchase of any products or services offered therein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (\"User\", \"Customer\", \"You\") and YourShoppy® (\"Company\", \"We\", \"Us\", \"Our\").

YourShoppy® is a registered trademark of its operating entity, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered place of business at Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka — 560034, India.

By visiting, browsing, registering on, or purchasing from this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

ⓘ For Consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.

Orders, Payment & Billing

Placing orders, accepted payment methods, and invoicing

4.1 Placing an Order

  • Adding a Product to your cart does not constitute an Order. An Order is placed when you complete the checkout process and receive an Order Confirmation email.
  • Your Order Confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase. The contract between you and YourShoppy® is formed at this point.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all Order details including product selection, delivery address, and contact information.
  • YourShoppy® reserves the right to reject any Order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or systems error. A full refund will be issued for any rejected Order.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

YourShoppy® accepts the following payment modes through our secure payment gateway:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express
  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and all UPI-enabled bank apps
  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks
  • Digital Wallets: Paytm Wallet, Mobikwik, and other supported wallets
  • EMI: No-cost and low-cost EMI options available through select banks and credit cards (see Section 4.4)
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL): Available through select BNPL partners, subject to their eligibility criteria
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes and order values. Subject to additional verification for high-value orders.

4.3 Payment Security

All payment transactions on the Website are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. YourShoppy® does not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. For any payment-related queries, contact your bank or our support team.

4.4 EMI Terms

  • No-cost EMI (0% EMI) is available on select Products and is subject to the availability, terms, and conditions of the issuing bank.
  • Processing fees, if any, are charged by the bank and not by YourShoppy®. Please refer to your bank's terms before selecting EMI.
  • Early repayment or foreclosure of an EMI transaction is governed by your bank's policies. YourShoppy® has no role in EMI management post-purchase.

4.5 Failed Payments

If a payment transaction fails, no Order is placed. Any amount debited from your account due to a failed transaction is typically reversed by your bank within 5–7 Business Days. YourShoppy® is not responsible for delays in bank-side reversals. Please contact your bank if the amount is not reversed within 10 Business Days.

4.6 GST Invoicing & B2B Orders

  • YourShoppy® issues a valid GST tax invoice for every Order. The invoice is emailed to your registered email address and is also available in your account dashboard.
  • If you require the GST invoice in your company name with your GSTIN, please provide your GST details at the time of checkout or within 24 hours of placing the Order. We are unable to amend invoices after 48 hours of Order placement.
  • Bulk / Institutional Orders: Orders of 5 or more units, or Orders exceeding ₹2,00,000 in value, are treated as bulk orders. Please contact us at sales@yourshoppy.com for institutional pricing, credit terms, and customised delivery arrangements.

🔒 Secure Checkout: All transactions on YourShoppy® are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar. Never share your OTP, card details, or banking credentials with anyone claiming to be from YourShoppy® — we will never ask for such information over phone or chat.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery areas, timelines, charges, and risk

5.1 Delivery Coverage

YourShoppy® delivers Products across India through our empanelled logistics partners. Delivery to certain remote or restricted pin codes may not be available. You can verify serviceability of your pin code at checkout.

5.2 Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to: courier backlogs, logistics disruptions, extreme weather, public holidays, natural disasters, or restricted delivery zones.

5.3 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is applicable on all prepaid orders. Please check the Website for current free shipping thresholds, which may change periodically.
  • Cash on Delivery orders may attract a nominal handling fee, displayed at checkout.
  • For remote pin codes or special courier requirements, additional charges may apply and will be disclosed at checkout before payment.

5.4 Risk of Loss & Title

  • Legal title to Products and risk of loss or damage pass to you upon delivery of the Product to your specified delivery address.
  • Delivery is deemed completed when the logistics partner records delivery at your address, including hand-off to an authorised representative at the address.

5.5 Damaged or Tampered Packaging

  • If you receive a package that appears to have been damaged, opened, tampered, or is visibly compromised, you must refuse acceptance of the delivery and immediately inform our customer support at support@yourshoppy.com with photographic evidence.
  • Accepted deliveries with tampered packaging reported after 24 hours of delivery may not qualify for an exchange or refund.

5.6 Undeliverable Shipments

If delivery cannot be completed due to: incorrect/incomplete address provided by you, unavailability of recipient, refusal to accept delivery without valid reason, or inaccessibility of premises, the shipment will be returned to YourShoppy®. Re-delivery attempts may attract additional shipping charges. Persistent failure to deliver may result in Order cancellation and refund after deducting applicable logistics costs.

5.7 Partial Delivery

For Orders containing multiple items, partial fulfilment and delivery may occur if certain items are temporarily out of stock. You will be notified of any partial delivery. Remaining items will be dispatched as soon as they are available at no additional shipping charge.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our return window, conditions, and refund process

6.1 Return Window

YourShoppy® accepts returns within 7 days of the delivery date for the following reasons:

  • The Product received has a manufacturing defect or hardware fault.
  • The Product received differs materially from the description, model, or specifications advertised at the time of purchase.
  • The Product is damaged, broken, or non-functional on arrival.
  • The Product received is incomplete (missing components listed in the product description or box contents).

6.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The Product must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and sealed items intact.
  • The Product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, liquid damage, or modifications caused by the Customer.
  • The serial number and IMEI (where applicable) on the Product must match the one in the invoice.
  • A valid tax invoice or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

6.3 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@yourshoppy.com or call us during business hours within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID, description of the issue, and supporting photographs:/video of the defect or discrepancy.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 Business Days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Pack the Product securely and hand it over to our authorised logistics partner for reverse pick-up, or drop it off at our Koramangala store.

6.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Software licences, product keys, and digital downloads (once activated).
  • Headphones, earphones, and in-ear monitors (for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken).
  • Products that have been physically damaged by the Customer after delivery.
  • Products with tampered, missing, or modified serial numbers.
  • Customised or built-to-order products (e.g., laptops with custom RAM/SSD upgrades performed by us per your instruction).
  • Products sold under clearance, "as-is", or open-box sales (defects disclosed at the time of sale).

6.5 Refund Process

  • Upon receipt and verification of the returned Product, we will process your refund within 7–10 Business Days.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method: credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet as applicable.
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) to your provided bank account.
  • SourShoppy® will not deduct any restocking or processing fees for valid returns. Reverse logistics costs are borne by YourShoppy® for returns initiated due to our error or product defects.

6.6 Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your Order at any time before it is dispatched. A full refund will be processed within 5 – 7 Business Days.
  • After Shipment: Once dispatched, the Order cannot be cancelled mid-transit. You may refuse delivery and initiate a return as per Section 6.1.
  • SourShoppy® reserves the right to cancel any Order for reasons including: payment fraud suspicion, pricing errors, out-of-stock products, or regulatory requirements. You will be notified and refunded in full.

👤 Consumer Rights: These return and refund terms do not restrict or limit your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. If our policy provides lesser protection than your statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.

Warranty & Repair Services

Manufacturer warranty, authorised service, and repair terms

7.1 Manufacturer Warranty

All Products sold by YourShoppy® carry the original manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product listing. Warranty duration, coverage, and terms are as set by the respective brand manufacturer and are not extended, modified, or guaranteed by YourShoppy®.

  • Warranty claims for ASUS®, HP®, and Lenovo® products may be processed directly at our Koramangala service centre, as we are an authorised service partner for these brands.
  • For Dell®, MSI®, and Acer®, warranty claims must be directed to the respective brand's authorised service centres. We will assist you in locating the nearest service centre.
  • Manufacturer warranty does not cover: physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, consumable parts (e.g., batteries after 12 months), or software issues.

7.2 YourShoppy® Extended Warranty (Where Offered)

Where YourShoppy® offers an extended warranty or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) as an add-on, the specific terms, coverage, and exclusions are detailed in the Extended Warranty Certificate issued at the time of purchase. The extended warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, the manufacturer's warranty.

7.3 Out-of-Warranty Repair Services

YourShoppy® provides comprehensive laptop and desktop repair services including chip-level motherboard repair, display replacement, keyboard servicing, thermal servicing, and hardware upgrades. The following terms apply:

  • Service Estimate: A written repair estimate will be provided before any work commences. Work will only begin upon your express written or electronic authorisation.
  • Estimate Validity: Repair estimates are valid for 7 days. If additional issues are discovered during repair that require additional costs, we will seek fresh authorisation before proceeding.
  • Turnaround Time: Standard repair turnaround is 3–7 Business Days. Complex repairs (chip-level motherboard work, BGA re-balling) may require 10–15 Business Days. You will be informed of timelines at intake.
  • Repair Warranteo: Completed repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the specific parts and labour involved, unless otherwise specified.

7.4 Data Safety During Repair

SourShoppy® strongly recommends that Customers back up all data before submitting any device for repair. While our technicians exercise due care, certain repair procedures (especially motherboard replacements, OS reinstallations, and storage-related work) may result in data loss. YourShoppy® shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or inaccessibility occurring in the courie of repair.

7.5 Unclaimed Devices

  • Devices submitted for repair that are not collected within 30 days of repair completion notification will attract a storage charge of ₹50 per day from the 31st day onwards.
  • Devices unclaimed for 90 days after repair completion, despite repeated notifications via phone, SMS, and email, may be considered abandoned. YourShoppy® reserves the right to dispose of such devices through lawful means to recover unpaid repair charges, after providing a final 15-day written notice.

7.6 Repair Liability Cap

YourShoppy®'s liability in connection with any repair or servicing is limited to the cost of the repair actually performed. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses arising from device failure, data loss, business interruption, or loss of use of the device.

Our trademarks, copyrights, and third-party IP rights

8.1 YourShoppy® Registered Trademark

YourShoppy® is a registered trademark. The name "YourShoppy", the YourShoppy® logo, and any associated brand marks are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India). Unauthorised use, imitation, reproduction, or misappropriation of the YourShoppy® trademark in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal proceedings.

8.2 Website Content Copyright

All content on this Website, including but not limited to: text, articles, blog posts, product descriptions, images, photographs, graphics, icons, banners, page layouts, user interface designs, and source code, is the intellectual property of YourShoppy® or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international copyright laws.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this Website.
  • Create derivative works based on Website content.
  • Use any Website content for commercial purposes, including in marketing materials, competitor analysis publications, or price comparison platforms.
  • Frame or mirror any part of this Website on any other website or application.

8.3 Third-Party Brand Trademarks

All product brand names and trademarks referenced on this Website, including ASUS®, HP®, Lenovo®, Dell®, MSI®, Acer®, Intel®, AMD®, NVIDIA®, Microsoft®, and others, are the registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this Website is solely for the purpose of product identification and description. YourShoppy® claims no ownership of, association with, or endorsement by these brands beyond its authorised dealership relationships.

8.4 Limited Licence to Users

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Website and view its content for personal, non-commercial use only. No other right, title, or interest in the Website content is transferred to you by these Terms or by your use of the Website.

8.5 Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights, or if you have identified unauthorised use of the YourShoppy® trademark, please notify us in writing at legal@yourshoppy.com with: (a) your full name and contact details; (b) a description of the IP right claimed; (c) identification of the specific content alleged to be infringing; and (d) a statement of good-faith belief. We will investigate and respond within 15 Business Days.

🔒 Trademark Notice: Any attempt to register a domain name, social media handle, business name, or product incorporating "YourShoppy" or a confusingly similar variation without our authorisation constitutes trademark infringement under Indian and international law and will be actively pursued.

  • Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, either party may initiate legal proceedings before the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  • Consumer Forum: Nothing in this Section prevents you from filing a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
