1.Returns & Replacements
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery via phone (9739221133) or email (cs@yourshoppy.com). Due to courier policies, we cannot accept liability for physical damage reported after this 48-hour window.
If your item is faulty within the first 7 days, please contact ASUS Technical Support first. Many issues are just configuration errors!
Note: Returns found to have “no fault” may incur a restocking fee. Getting a DOA code from ASUS avoids this.
In the rare event of a mismatch, Call 097392 21133 or email us at cs@yourshoppy.com. We will organize a free return and a replacement for you immediately.
Once the item reaches our warehouse, it takes approximately 5 working days to process. This may be slightly longer during peak seasons.
If your item develops a fault after 7-days DOA period, please contact brand to have it fixed under Warranty as listed under Warranty section below.

All orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Free delivery
The products would be shipped via trusted national providers like FedEx, DHL, etc. So, any mishandling or physical damage during transit is highly unlikely. However, in such a rare incident, we will need to take up the case with the delivery partner.

3. Warranty & Repairs
Standard Coverage: 1-year ASUS warranty (unless specified otherwise).
Faulty after 7 days? Contact ASUS Warranty Support directly at 1800-209-0365.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid spills, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
4. Cancellations
The 12-Hour Rule: Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
Refunds: If approved, your refund will hit your original payment source within 2 business days.
Late Requests: Once an order is sent to the brand/vendor, cancellation is at the sole discretion of our sales team.
