You must contact us within 2 days of delivery via phone (9739221133) or email (cs@yourshoppy.com). Due to courier policies, we cannot accept liability for physical damage reported after this 48-hour window. Please photograph the damage before opening the outer packaging and send it to us along with your Order ID.

If your item is faulty within the first 7 days, please contact the manufacturer’s technical support first — many issues are simply configuration errors that can be resolved quickly.

In the rare event of a mismatch, call 9739221133 or email cs@yourshoppy.com immediately. We will organise a free return and a replacement for you without any delay.

Once the item reaches our warehouse, it takes approximately 5 working days to process. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons. You will receive an email confirmation once the return or refund has been completed.

If a fault develops after the 7-day DOA window, your product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorised dealer for ASUS, HP, Lenovo, Dell, Acer, and MSI, we will assist you in raising a warranty claim with the brand.

All orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as processing begins.

Products are shipped via trusted national providers including FedEx, DHL, and other reputed couriers. Mishandling during transit is highly unlikely, but in such a rare incident, please contact us immediately and we will take up the claim on your behalf with the courier.
