This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on yourshoppy.com. We offer free shipping on every order across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed on the same business day if placed before 2:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation and a dispatch notification with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

3. Same-Day Delivery — Bangalore
We offer free same-day delivery to all Bangalore areas including Koramangala, HSR Layout, BTM Layout, Indiranagar, Whitefield, Electronic City, Jayanagar, Banashankari, Marathahalli, Sarjapur Road, JP Nagar, and more.
- Order must be placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day (Mon–Sat).
- Delivery is attempted the same day, typically between 2 PM and 8 PM.
- Our delivery executive will call you before arriving.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package.
4. Packaging
All products are packed securely in the manufacturer’s original box with additional protective outer packaging for safe transit. If you notice damage to the outer packaging on delivery, note it with the delivery executive and photograph it before opening.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number and courier partner link. For same-day Bangalore deliveries, our team will keep you updated directly via WhatsApp or phone call.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt delivery a second time the next business day. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to YourShoppy. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing the order.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery — ask the courier to return it and contact us immediately at cs@yourshoppy.com or 9739221133. If your shipment appears lost in transit, we will raise a claim with the courier partner on your behalf.
8. Store Pick-Up
Prefer to collect in person? Select “Store Pick-Up” at checkout and collect from our store in Koramangala, Bangalore. Your order will be ready within 2 hours of placement during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 8 PM).
