At YourShoppy®, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how the process works. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
⚠️ Important Notice — Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale, at a discounted price, or under any promotional offer are strictly not eligible for a refund. All sale purchases are final. Please ensure you select the correct model, specification, and configuration before completing a sale-price order.
1. Overview
We accept refund requests for eligible products within 7 days of the date of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to process a refund. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Eligible Reasons for a Refund
A refund may be approved if:
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong model, wrong specification).
- The product arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) — non-functional straight out of the box.
- The product is incomplete — missing components or accessories listed in the box contents on the product page.
- The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect identified within 7 days of delivery.
3. Conditions That Must Be Met
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
- The refund request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and sealed items intact.
- The product shows no signs of physical damage, misuse, liquid damage, or any modification made by the customer after delivery.
- The serial number on the product matches the one recorded on your invoice.
- A valid tax invoice or proof of purchase is provided with the return.
- The product was not purchased at a sale, discounted, or promotional price.
4. What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund
- Sale items — any product purchased at a discounted, sale, or promotional price.
- Products with physical damage, scratches, dents, or liquid damage caused after delivery.
- Products where the original packaging has been disposed of or is missing accessories.
- Refund requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
- Products that have been partially or fully used, opened beyond reasonable inspection, or modified.
- Software, digital products, or downloadable content once accessed or activated.
- Products where the serial number has been tampered with or does not match the invoice.
- Damage caused by improper use, power surges, accidents, or negligence.
5. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to raise a refund request:

Provide Your Details
Share your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or a video showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy.
Await Review
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. We may request additional information or ask you to bring the product to our store for inspection.
Refund Processed
Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once initiated.
6. Warranty vs. Refund
A refund is different from a warranty claim. If your product develops a fault after 7 days of delivery, it is not eligible for a refund but may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorized dealer for ASUS, HP, Lenovo, Dell, Acer, and MSI, we will assist you in raising a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Contact us at cs@yourshoppy.com for guidance.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is approved due to a defect or error on our part (wrong product, DOA, missing components), YourShoppy will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for safe return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service. YourShoppy is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit during return.
8. Changes to This Policy
YourShoppy® reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
